Return Policy
Shipping
We currently ship from our warehouse in Amarillo, Texas. Shipping days are Monday - Thursday and we process orders at 7:30am. If your order is placed after 7:30am, your order will go out on the next business day. Many of our tees are made to order, these typically take 6-10 business days and will ship with the rest of your order. USPS picks up daily from our warehouse, usually around noon, but packages do not get scanned in until the driver delivers them back to the post office, usually in the evening.
Look for shipping updates via email or phone number, whichever you used when you checked out. Sometimes these can go to spam or junk mail so please be sure to use the search bar and to type in "Bibs & Tucker Co." if you are missing a confirmation email.
Returns
Should a return be necessary, please print and complete this form to include with your return. Email or facebook messages are not necessary in order to complete a return.
Return orders must be postmarked within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. This is non negotiable due to issues concerning items being worn for events or photos and being returned after such events. Once the 5 business days have passed please DO NOT send items back, credit will not be issued on them and it will be your responsibility to pay shipping to have it sent back to you.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition.
We offer store credit only. Store credit will be issued and sent via email within 5 business days of arriving back to our warehouse.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
*All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are final and returns will not be accepted on those items.
Due to many of our items having a high sell out rate, we are not able to process exchanges.
